Prepare Your Notice
Your DMCA notice must include: your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its URL, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature.
Submit via Email
Send your completed DMCA notice to [email protected]. Use the subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice — [Title]".
Processing Time
We process valid DMCA notices within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the content has been reviewed and acted upon.
Required Information in Your Notice
- 01Your full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.
- 02A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including publisher and author names.
- 03The specific URL(s) on MangaVault where the infringing content is located.
- 04A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 05A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- 06Your electronic or physical signature.
Counter-Notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. Counter-notices must include your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction.
Abuse of the DMCA process may result in legal liability.
