We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MangaVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

In no event shall MangaVault's total liability for all claims exceed the amount you paid to MangaVault (if any) for using the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MangaVault from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Service;
• your User Content;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and MangaVault regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
